Discipline is more important than cultivating a love for knowledge and learning. With the exception of a few, the educators are there to drill the learners military style with no consideration for the pupils' self esteem. This sets the tone for the atmosphere at the school among the learners as well. Discontentment is the general feeling you get from the teachers which sadly spills over to the learners and does not create a good environment for learning. This is the kind of school kids dread going to!
