Little Squirrels has been in operation since January 1995.

We take children from 2 - 6 years.  A full Grade R year is offered.

Two cooked meals and 2 snacks are provided daily. All stationery and all toiletries are included in the fees.

Ours is a small school with small classes in a friendly, caring and loving home from home environment. Our teachers and staff love what they do and this love is carried over to the children and their parents.

We are situated in Croydon, Kempton Park. The premises is neat, clean and secure. We are registered with the Kempton Park Health Department as well as the Department of Social Development.  Our hours are from 07:00 to 17:30. We are open throughout the year, except for 4 weeks at the end of the year.

Our extra-mural activities include swimming, computer and pottery. We do our own music and movement programme. We also do our own physical training programme which we call Squirrel Antics. This consists of large muscle co-ordination activities such as ball skills, balancing, hopping, skipping, jumping, rolling, running, climbing, obstacle course and more.

We have incorporated the new CAPS Curriculum into our daily programme, which complements what we have already been doing at Little Squirrels.
